They feature full 2” thickness for ultimate strength and durability. Optional insulation consists of 1 5/16” expanded polystyrene throughout the door. Numerous options including weatherstripping, reinforced struts, movable center posts, and motor operation allow these heavy-duty doors to meet nearly any project requirements.

Sectional steel door model 430 is available in sizes up to 20´2" (6147 mm) in width and 16´1" (4902 mm) in height for a variety of medium-duty applications. These doors feature a 2" (51 mm) panel thickness and a nominal 24-gauge, ribbed, white galvanized steel exterior with 16-gauge steel intermediate and end stiles (Industrial Brown exterior is available). The Model 430 is customizable to any project specification with a variety of additionally available options.

Sectional steel door model 432 offer a 2" (51 mm) panel thickness, a nominal 24-gauge ribbed galvanized steel exterior, and a poly-bonded back cover. Polystyrene insulation provides an R-value of 7.35. A variety of options makes this door an economical solution for applications requiring a medium-duty insulated steel door.

The Model 593 exterior skin is constructed of galvanized steel with a ribbed, textured finish. It is available with a white interior finish and a choice of white, industrial brown, tan or gray exterior. The Thermacore® Model 593 offers excellent thermal efficiency for medium-duty applications.
