Our Sectional Warehouse Doors provide a highly efficient design for strength and longevity for use in demanding commercial settings. They feature full 2” thickness for ultimate strength and durability. Optional insulation consists of 1 5/16” expanded polystyrene throughout the door. Both steel and polylaminate backer choices are available to ensure these models are well-suited for a wide range of applications.

Sectional steel door model 426 is ideal for heavy-duty applications requiring protection against the elements. These doors feature a 2" (51 mm) panel thickness, 16-gauge steel intermediate and end stiles, ribbed steel exterior and 26-gauge steel back cover. Polystyrene insulation provides an R-value of 7.35. The Model 426 is a 24-gauge door available in sizes up to 28´2" (8585 mm) in width and 24´1" (7341 mm) in height and is offered in white or industrial brown. A multitude of options including reinforcing struts, movable center posts, and motor operation allow these insulated heavy-duty doors to be used in a variety of commercial and industrial environments.

With a U-factor of .10 (R-value of 17.5) and one of the best overall air infiltration ratings in the industry, the Thermacore® Model 592 is one of the most thermally efficient door system in its class.
The Thermacore® product line features steel-polyurethane-steel panel construction which provides a thermal barrier that withstands extremely hot or cold climates and the most demanding environmental requirements.
The Model 592 has 2" (51 mm) thick, extra heavy-duty sections that are available in standard sizes up to 40'2" and 32'1" (12,243 mm and 9,779 mm) to fit the broadest range of applications.

The Thermacore® Sectional Door Model 593 is one of the best-selling doors in the Thermacore® line, and offers superior thermal efficiency to fit a broad range of applications. The Model 593 exterior skin is constructed of galvanized steel with a ribbed, textured finish. It is available with a white interior finish and a choice of white, industrial brown, tan or gray exterior. The Thermacore® Model 593 offers excellent thermal efficiency for medium-duty applications.
