The Model 660 integral frame fire-rated counter doors provide a handsome finished appearance for a variety of applications, including food service counters, schools, concessions, hospitals, cafeterias and retail settings. These doors are available for openings up to 9'5” x 4'5” (2870 mm x 1346 mm) and carry a UL 1-1/2 hour label for masonry and non-masonry fire walls. The 660 Series integral frame doors are factory assembled as a complete unit with fully welded frames. The curtain, frame, guides, sill, hood and bottom bar are stainless steel. Additional safety and protection features are available, including: Fire Sentinel® time-delay release device, smoke detectors, horns, and strobes.

These fire-rated rolling steel doors offer superior protection wherever a listed fire door is required. Common applications include factories, warehouses, mills, distribution centers and parking garages. Customized fire doors are available for conveyor openings. These doors feature fusible links mounted on both sides of the wall that separate to automatically close the door. UL recommends a 165º F (74º C) fuse link for ambient conditions for 100º F (38º C) or less, or a 212º F (100º C) fuse link for ambient conditions over 100º F (38º C). Additional safety and protection features are available, including: Fire Sentinel® time-delay release device, FireLite® vision lites, smoke detectors, horns and strobes.

The integral frame / packaged counter door Model 658 combines an attractive finished appearance with the convenience of a factory-assembled unit. These non-rated counter doors feature a high-quality 16-gauge primed steel frame, hood and fascia complemented by a 14-gauge stainless steel sill. Available to fit openings up to 12'5" (3785 mm) wide and 6' (1956 mm) high, these rolling counter doors have a variety of applications including food service areas.

The Model 780CD rolling sheet door is designed to fit openings up to 16' by 16' (4877 mm by 4877 mm) with ease, versatility, and good looks. The Model 780CD is designed for heavy-usage environments where a high wind load-rated door is not required. Like the Model 790CW, this heavy-duty door is fabricated of high strength, 26-gauge galvanized steel curtain sections for superior performance. It also features our innovative quick-connect components that allow quick and easy assembly without sacrificing stability or durability. Stepped counterbalance rings and a unique curtain profile minimize nesting. The universal guide design further simplifies installation by allowing mounting directly to concrete, masonry, steel or wood jambs. Additional standard features such as dual rub strips on both edges of guide and a flexible webbing on both front edges of the curtain to minimize nesting ensure that the Model 780CD will provide long-lasting, lower-cost performance for years to come.

This rolling sheet door is rated for a design pressure from 22/-22psf (for a 20’0” wide door) to 41/-41psf (for a 10’0” wide opening), and can be built up to 16’0” tall. This rolling sheet door is available in 12 standard colors. Fabricated of high strength, 26-gauge galvanized steel curtain sections, 14-gauge universal guides, and steel bottom bar angle, the 790CW rolling sheet door is a strong and durable door. Like the Model 610, the Stormtite™ 620 offers the option of a steel, stainless steel or aluminum curtain in an array of finishes and colors. For enhanced thermal efficiency, the 620 is furnished with flat slat profiles only, as well as weatherstripping on the exterior side of the guides, on the bottom bar and a hood baffle. Additional weatherseals are available as options on the interior side of the guides and hood lintel.
