The Model 780CD is designed for heavy-usage environments where a high wind load-rated door is not required. Like the Model 790CW, this heavy-duty door is fabricated of high strength, 26-gauge galvanized steel curtain sections for superior performance. It also features our innovative quick-connect components that allow quick and easy assembly without sacrificing stability or durability. Stepped counterbalance rings and a unique curtain profile minimize nesting. The universal guide design further simplifies installation by allowing mounting directly to concrete, masonry, steel or wood jambs. Additional standard features such as dual rub strips on both edges of guide and a flexible webbing on both front edges of the curtain to minimize nesting ensure that the Model 780CD will provide long-lasting, lower-cost performance for years to come.

This rolling sheet door is rated for a design pressure from 22/-22psf (for a 20’0” wide door) to 41/-41psf (for a 10’0” wide opening), and can be built up to 16’0” tall. This rolling sheet door is available in 12 standard colors. Fabricated of high strength, 26-gauge galvanized steel curtain sections, 14-gauge universal guides, and steel bottom bar angle, the 790CW rolling sheet door is a strong and durable door. With quick-connect components, universal through-hole guide design, and unique curtain profile and stepped counterbalance rings that minimize nesting, this door is designed for fast installation, smooth operation and low maintenance, too.

The Model 610 is built with a standard galvanized steel curtain, or an optional stainless steel or aluminum curtain. The standard curtain slat is the attractive C-187 curved profile, with additional slat options available in curved and flat. Finishes range from four standard colors to approximately 200 powder coat colors or matched to your specification. A host of other options — including motor operation, pass doors, exhaust ports, between-jambs mounting, cylinder locks and special usage packages — allow the 610 to be adapted to any environment.
Security and Storm Shelter Model 610F is a specialized option designed for storm shelters, schools and emergency operations centers. Model 610F provides tornado resistance while meeting the high wind load and impact requirements for FEMA 361.
