Model 610
Rolling steel door model 610 is a perennial best-seller for good reason. The standard features exceed the norm for quality and a myriad of options allow for true customization. The Model 610 is built with a standard galvanized steel curtain, or an optional stainless steel or aluminum curtain. The standard curtain slat is the attractive C-187 curved profile, with additional slat options available in curved and flat. Finishes range from four standard colors to approximately 200 powder coat colors or matched to your specification. A host of other options — including motor operation, pass doors, exhaust ports, between-jambs mounting, cylinder locks and special usage packages — allow the 610 to be adapted to any environment.
Security and Storm Shelter Model 610F is a specialized option designed for storm shelters, schools and emergency operations centers. Model 610F provides tornado resistance while meeting the high wind load and impact requirements for FEMA 361.

STANDARD – CURVED
C-187 is standard up to 15’4″ (4877 mm) wide in 22 Gauge. Other gauge options available.
C-275 is option up to 15’4″ and standard for doors over 15’4″ wide (4877 mm). Gauge dependent on opening width. Fenestrations available in uniformly spaced openings of 5/8″ x 3″ (16 mm x 76 mm). Perforation or fenestration options available for air and light infiltration available on 18 gauge primed steel only.
OPTION – FLAT
F-265 available up to 30’4” (9246 mm) wide in 18 gauge. Other gauges available. Fenestrations available in uniformly spaced openings of 5/8″ x 3″ (16 mm x 76 mm) or 1″ x 10″ (mm x mm). Perforation or fenestration options available for air and light infiltration available on 18 gauge primed steel only.
F-265E – 14 gauge extruded aluminum solid slat available up to 20’4” (6198 mm) width. Perforation or fenestration not available on model 610 on F265E.
C-600 – For special applications requiring herculean size and strength, consider the 610 Series door with C-600 slats. This non-insulated, oversized door fits openings up to a maximum 1500 square feet (139.4 m2.), in widths up to 70′ (21,336 mm) and heights up to 30’4″ (9246 mm). The curtain is crafted with 6″ x 1 3/8″ (152 mm x 35 mm) curved, 18, 16 or 14-gauge steel slats for unparalleled strength and durability. No perforation or fenestration on model 610 on C-600.

The Model 660 integral frame fire-rated counter doors provide a handsome finished appearance for a variety of applications, including food service counters, schools, concessions, hospitals, cafeterias and retail settings. The Model 780CD rolling sheet door is designed to fit openings up to 16' by 16' (4877 mm by 4877 mm) with ease, versatility, and good looks. The Model 780CD is designed for heavy-usage environments where a high wind load-rated door is not required. Like the Model 790CW, this heavy-duty door is fabricated of high strength, 26-gauge galvanized steel curtain sections for superior performance. It also features our innovative quick-connect components that allow quick and easy assembly without sacrificing stability or durability. Stepped counterbalance rings and a unique curtain profile minimize nesting. The universal guide design further simplifies installation by allowing mounting directly to concrete, masonry, steel or wood jambs.
