A host of other standard features from standard roller bearings and dual rub strips on both guide edges and both front edges of the curtain further promote smooth operation and longer life. The Model 780CD rolling sheet door is designed to fit openings up to 16' by 16' (4877 mm by 4877 mm) with ease, versatility, and good looks. The Model 780CD is designed for heavy-usage environments where a high wind load-rated door is not required. Like the Model 790CW, this heavy-duty door is fabricated of high strength, 26-gauge galvanized steel curtain sections for superior performance. It also features our innovative quick-connect components that allow quick and easy assembly without sacrificing stability or durability. Stepped counterbalance rings and a unique curtain profile minimize nesting. The universal guide design further simplifies installation by allowing mounting directly to concrete, masonry, steel or wood jambs. Additional standard features such as dual rub strips on both edges of guide and a flexible webbing on both front edges of the curtain to minimize nesting ensure that the Model 780CD will provide long-lasting, lower-cost performance for years to come.

This rolling sheet door is available in 12 standard colors. Fabricated of high strength, 26-gauge galvanized steel curtain sections, 14-gauge universal guides, and steel bottom bar angle, the 790CW rolling sheet door is a strong and durable door. With quick-connect components, universal through-hole guide design, and unique curtain profile and stepped counterbalance rings that minimize nesting, this door is designed for fast installation, smooth operation and low maintenance, too.

Like the Model 610, the Stormtite™ 620 offers the option of a steel, stainless steel or aluminum curtain in an array of finishes and colors. For enhanced thermal efficiency, the 620 is furnished with flat slat profiles only, as well as weatherstripping on the exterior side of the guides, on the bottom bar and a hood baffle. Additional weatherseals are available as options on the interior side of the guides and hood lintel.

The Model 610 is built with a standard galvanized steel curtain, or an optional stainless steel or aluminum curtain. The standard curtain slat is the attractive C-187 curved profile, with additional slat options available in curved and flat. Finishes range from four standard colors to approximately 200 powder coat colors or matched to your specification. A host of other options — including motor operation, pass doors, exhaust ports, between-jambs mounting, cylinder locks and special usage packages — allow the 610 to be adapted to any environment.
Security and Storm Shelter Model 610F is a specialized option designed for storm shelters, schools and emergency operations centers. Model 610F provides tornado resistance while meeting the high wind load and impact requirements for FEMA 361.

Vinyl weatherstripping on the bottom bar, exterior curtain-side guide and hood baffle provides additional protection against air infiltration.
